As Stratstone received the finance monies for my Range Rover yesterday, I just thought I would drop you this short communication, to thank you for the great deal you arranged and for the excellent service I have received from you both.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how impressed I've been with the service I've received from Waseem.

He's really put the hours in on this one and has kept me fully in the loop with every stage of the process (it's not been the most straightforward of cases).

But in any case, delighted with the service and will only be using Oracle in future to arrange my car finance (not sure whether that's a positive thing or not for Waseem though)!

From the point of initial contact to the end conclusion of securing the finance, I can honestly say that Waseem has restored my faith that there are reputable individuals out there who do what they say they are going to do and in turn deliver a solution that is mutually rewarding to both parties. Throughout the whole process I can only say that Waseem’s attitude to customer service and satisfaction has been commendable and exemplary.

I have to say the service so far has been excellent and Luke is definitely a credit to your company, so much so that after receiving the quote I posted some details on the GTR owners club website and had 3 people ask me for his details, to which I duly obliged.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of appreciation in respect of arranging the finance as well as GAP cover for the Range Rover. More often than not, I’m left disappointed in the service which people provide, whether it be when dealing with companies/individuals professionally or personally. However I found not only the whole process very straightforward but your service/responsiveness excellent……..from initially quoting various options for me last year, to a courtesy call in January (it was nice that you weren’t “hounding me” on a monthly basis), right through to the final piece of the jigsaw of purchasing GAP insurance. I also appreciate you putting me in contact with Jeremy over at Lawton Brooks – again, a very efficient/diligent individual/company.

You were personally recommended to me by a friend and I will have no hesitation in doing likewise to other friends and colleagues.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how fantastic Waseem has been in getting the finance in place for my M5. From the start this wasn't an easy transaction but the communication, effort, forward thinking and sheer hard work in completing the transaction was incredible.

I have to add that I will be coming to Oracle in the future and I have no hesitation in recommending Waseem and the company to family, friends and colleagues alike.

Hello Damian,

I recently completed a deal on a Land Rover Discovery financed through Oracle. The transaction was slightly complicated by the fact that I was working overseas for a couple of months so everything had to be done by phone or e-mail. However Oliver Clarkson managed everything very diligently with the result that things progressed very quickly. I doubt that it would have been any quicker had I been there in person. He was always looking for options as to how to keep things moving. Full credit to him.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anybody looking to finance a car.

Just thought id drop you a quick mail to say I picked up the car successfully yday afternoon with no hitches. All went as expected.

One thing, I was going to ask you about actually, was the GAP insurance which I had originally opted out of. On reflection, and talking to my brother (who is in the car trade) he recommended me taking it up. Can we re-look at this at some point ?

Finally, wanted to say thanks to you in particular for all your help in making this happen. You are a credit to ORACLE, really good customer centric service. Its rare in my experience to have such complete coverage and attention to detail. Thanks again. Picked up car on Saturday all is well on a whole, a couple of issues i.e. flat battery the day after which was a nightmare and an electrical fault on N/S/F window. But everything you have done for me was first class and you are a great ambassador for Oracle finance, you have done everything that I would expect and I expect a lot. So please forward this e-mail onto your line Manager / Director ect.... Rest assured I will be recommending Oracle to my colleges going forward.

I wanted to write a short email to you to pass on my appreciation of a good job done by Oliver.

I approached Oliver some weeks ago about finance for a new Jaguar XF. He has been very supportive and pro-active in creating an arrangement for me and was very supportive when dealing with a certain Jag dealership, who cocked things up on 3 occasions!!

So please do pat him on the back and I shall recommend Oracle to friends, which will count a lot hopefully.

Paul was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my new car. His knowledge of the various financing options was evident and he was able to provide access to lending facilities that I'd previosuly believed to be unvailable for such a transaction.

I am therfore happy to endorse Paul and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking good advice when financing a car purchase
