This was my first experience of Oracle Finance and I would have no hesitation in recommending your service, in my opinion 'word of mouth' is the best marketing tool. I was very happy with the service I received from Ruth Robinson, she has supplied me with a competitive quote in a timely and efficient manner whilst keeping me up to date every step of the way.
What I would note is that if you are not a big reader of car magazines and related press your customers (myself included) may not be aware of how easy it is to arrange alternative finance options to that offered direct from dealerships and often just take what is offered, it is only the recent climate that has led me to look around.
Customer service levels are going to play a big part for businesses in 2009, you have a happy one here.
